Once you have completed the fields below, we will forward you the
HCD report of all sales in your mobile home community for the last 2
years. Please read the report carefully as there will be two prices
showing for the manufactured home. The first is the original purchase
price and the second (in bold) is the most recent sales price along with
the date of sale, space #, year of home, manufacturer & dimensions of
the home. This report is the official HCD report & is a great tool to see
what the "real" sales prices were for your neighbors homes. Please allow
up to 24 hours for report.
