What is score range for good, fair & bad credit? Generally good credit is 680 fico & greater; fair credit 600 to 679 & bad credit 599 & below. (other factors may figure)
What loan terms do you offer? 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 7 & 5 year fixed (no adjustable loans)
What will the closing costs be? Typically good credit clients can expect closing cost from $1100 to $1800. (these amounts may change depending on year of home, DTI, credit ect. )
Can My Referral Consolidate Bills? Yes. In some case we may have to pay bills to make the clients debt to income ration get in line
How long is quoted interest rates good for? Called a rate lock- under normal circumstances 60 days
What is You Minimum Down Payment? Good & most fair credit 5%; bad credit 30% (these amounts may change depending on year of home, DTI, Employment ect.
How long will the approval take? With motivated clients approvals take 4 hours and loan closings in as quick as 7 days.
Will the loan have a prepayment penalty? Absolutely not.
